Ryman the stationer is a long established office product and
stationery retailer, specialising in providing quality products to the home office, small office

Our online store carries our full range of merchandise and
additional Internet only products and we pride our-selves in being able to source all
office-related products for our customers
Delivery and Packaging Ryman normal service will deliver all orders for delivery to U.K mainland within 48 hours,
within normal working hours (9am-5:00pm) from Monday to Friday subject to credit check
clearance and product availability. Orders for furniture will take a little longer and a note to
that effect will be on the relevant product page. A charge of £5.28 (inc VAT) will be made on all
orders received for despatch within the UK where the value is below £35 (inc VAT). Orders over £35
(inc VAT) will be delivered free of charge. Orders or delivery outside the UK mainland (i.e.
Channel islands, Ireland, Isle of man and abroad generally) will have carriage charged at
cost.

Returns & Exchanges Ryman are pleased to offer
a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, Ryman will
exchange them or provide a refund provided that the goods are returned at your cost, all labels intact
and in a proper resaleable condition* within 28 days of receipt**. If you wish to return product to us
and to arrange the return, please either call Ryman Direct on 0800 801901 , fax us on 0800 485486,
email queries@ryman.co.uk or write to Ryman Direct Returns, Ryman House, Swallowfield Way, Hayes,
Middlesex, UB3 1DQ. Always remember to retain a proof of despatch, when returning goods, should the
package fail to reach us. Proof of delivery is not proof of goods received.
Ryman will of course make a refund if the product is faulty.*
A refund will be made or goods exchanged following receipt of the returned items and always subject to
their being in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in a fully resaleable condition.
